Accreditation Service for International Colleges (ASIC) is an independent body that provides an accreditation service for independent and higher education colleges. NLCBS is accredited by ASIC. A major element of accreditation will be to ensure that the colleges have efficient and transparent methods of tracking international students' performance and attendance

OTHM has a strategic relationship with the London South Bank University, allowing OTHM Higher Diploma holders to have direct entry to the final year of London South Bank University's Bachelor's degree programme. Students who have successfully completed the OTHM Higher Diploma along with two years of management experience in the tourism and hospitality industry are eligible to apply for the Post graduate programme of the London South Bank University

NLCBS is an ABE Accredited College. The Association of Business Executives (ABE) is a professional membership body and also an examination board. NLCBS develops business and management qualifications at different levels including Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma level. ABE qualifications provide progression routes to bachelor's and Master's degree programmes worldwide.

North London College of Business Studies (NLCBS) is now approved by Edexcel to run HND and HNC in Business.
