Description of the course: This qualification is ideal for people who have the scope to bring about permanent improvements in service delivery that benefit their organisation and its customers.

Course Duration : 4 Months
Start Date : Please contact the college for the next intake.
Attendance : Once a week for two hours
Course Content: In order to achieve this qualification, the candidate must achieve a total of 42 credits made up of 3 mandatory units and a number of optional units.
Assessment : Assessment based on portfolio building and written assignment.

Entry Requirement:
Learners must be 16 years or over to undertake these qualifications.

Progress after the Course: A successful candidate can do NCFE Level 4 NVQ in Customer Service
