The Organisation for Tourism and Hospitality Management (OTHM) was founded in 2003 as a professional membership body servicing the tourism and hospitality industry throughout the world.

OTHM has a key relationship with London South Bank University allowing holders of the OTHM Professional Higher Diploma to have direct entry to the final year of London South Bank University's Bachelor’s degree programme BA (Hons) in Tourism and Hospitality.

In September 2007, Thames Valley University has also accredited OTHM programmes and now considers applications to their Tourism and Hospitality Degrees and Postgraduate programmes.

OTHM offers qualifications at six levels:
